📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by preparing purchase orders and invoices.,Maintain and update the company's inventory records.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.,Assist in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers.,Support the purchasing manager in developing and maintaining supplier relationships.,Assist in the preparation of purchase reports and analysis.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the purchasing department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Familiarity with purchasing software and inventory management systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices.
