Branch Service Manager - Automotive After-Sales Operations

You will be responsible for managing the service schedule, ensuring that all vehicles are serviced on time and to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for managing the service department's budget and ensuring that it is used effectively to drive operational efficiency and profitability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize the service department's operations to ensure that vehicles are serviced on time and to the highest standards.
• Manage the service schedule to ensure that all vehicles are serviced according to the manufacturer's recommended service intervals.
• Develop and implement service protocols and procedures to ensure that all service work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Manage the service department's budget and ensure that it is used effectively to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze service department performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the service team to ensure that they have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
• Ensure that all service work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the service they receive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive after-sales service industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive service procedures, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques.
• Experience with automotive service management software such as Automotive Service Manager (ASM) or similar.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and profitability in a service department.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze performance metrics.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
