📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Ensure proper handling of cash and credit card payments,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Basic knowledge of cash handling and transaction processing,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
