📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve company goals.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and successful project completion.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring financial accountability and compliance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement relevant improvements.,Represent the department at company meetings and events, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficient in using HR software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
