Firstwish Bakery, a well-established player in the Jakarta culinary scene, is seeking a dedicated FAT Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, including preparing financial statements, reconciling bank accounts, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws. You will work closely with our management team to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Every day, you will handle a variety of tasks, from processing payroll to managing invoices and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded. You will also be responsible for preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring that our company remains in full compliance with all relevant regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Conduct monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage payroll processing, including calculating salaries, deductions, and generating payslips.
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure the financial health and stability of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and tax compliance, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
