📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring we attract the best talent in the industry.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company’s values and legal requirements.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities to support employee growth.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve HR processes.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build our employer brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and recruitment, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
