Bay Web Jaya is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accounting to join our team in Serang, Banten. This is a hybrid position, combining office and remote work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for maintaining accurate financial records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers,Prepare and analyze financial reports,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payments,Monitor and reconcile bank statements,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and filings,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Provide support to the accounting team during peak periods,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Knowledge of tax regulations and accounting standards
