📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee banquet operations from planning to execution, ensuring all events run smoothly.,Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and other service providers to ensure high-quality service.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle client inquiries and ensure their satisfaction.,Prepare and present banquet menus and event programs.,Organize and manage event logistics, including venue setup and cleanup.,Maintain accurate records of banquet operations and client feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet operations or a related field.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Knowledge of event planning and management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
