Store Town Sejahtera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.,Monitor project progress and manage resources to meet project milestones.,Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure work meets specifications.,Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management.,Professional certification (e.g., PE, M.Eng) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, software, and tools.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
