Gate Web Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Shop Assistant to join our team in Makassar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our retail operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily retail operations, including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Train and mentor junior shop assistants to ensure high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of retail strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
