📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Oversee email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
Coordinate with graphic designers and copywriters to create compelling marketing materials.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and industry best practices.
Assist in the planning and execution of events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital or creative agency.
Proficient in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Bali's tourism and hospitality industry is a plus.
