📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock,Oversee the scheduling and assignment of staff to various tasks,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services,Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for management,Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives,Provide support to the management team in the planning and execution of projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
