📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve recruitment processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
