Diamond Gold Sentosa is looking for a passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning experiences that help our employees develop their skills and knowledge.

This is a remote position, and you will be responsible for developing and delivering learning and development programs that support the needs of our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences that help our employees develop their skills and knowledge.
• Create and manage learning and development programs that support the needs of our employees.
• Collaborate with our team to identify learning and development needs and to develop and deliver solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to our employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of our learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Work collaboratively with our HR team to support the overall employee development strategy.
• Develop and deliver training programs that support the needs of our remote workforce.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs for a remote workforce.
• Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines.
