📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments.,Maintain and update shipping records and databases.,Assist in the resolution of shipping-related queries and issues.,Monitor and manage shipping schedules and deadlines.,Assist in the preparation of shipping reports and other administrative tasks.,Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in airfreight shipping.,Assist in the organization and management of shipping-related files and documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a shipping or administrative role, preferably in the airfreight industry.,Strong knowledge of shipping processes and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with shipping software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
