📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in plantation management, preferably in oil palm or related agricultural sectors.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing agricultural operations.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and GIS software, with experience in data management and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor teams.
