📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the General Manager in strategic planning and decision-making processes.,Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth business processes.,Manage and mentor the management team to achieve company goals.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.,Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely and successful completion.,Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that fosters employee engagement and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of success in operational management and strategic planning.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant management tools.,Knowledge of financial management and compliance is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
