📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes for new hires.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Organize and facilitate training programs for employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
