📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.,Reviewing financial statements and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Identifying areas of risk and recommending corrective actions to senior management.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and the audit committee.,Assisting in the planning and coordination of internal audit activities.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control and compliance matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the internal audit function.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.
