📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee and manage all aspects of mining operations,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards,Develop and implement operational plans to meet production targets,Lead and mentor a team of Area Managers and supervisors,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits,Manage budgets and resources to optimize operational efficiency,Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution,Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field,Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining operations management,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing mining projects,Strong knowledge of mining regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Understanding of budgeting, resource management, and operational planning,Experience with project management tools and software🛠️ Keahlian
