📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and conduct regular boxing training sessions for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced fighters.,Develop and implement training programs that align with the club's goals and the needs of individual members.,Provide personalized coaching and guidance to help members improve their technique, strength, and endurance.,Organize and participate in local and international boxing competitions to showcase the club's talent and promote our brand.,Foster a positive and inclusive training environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and respect.,Maintain a clean and well-equipped training facility, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in boxing, and continuously seek opportunities for professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a boxing coach or trainer, preferably with a background in competitive boxing.,Certification or qualification in boxing coaching, fitness training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of boxing techniques, rules, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Physical fitness and the ability to demonstrate boxing techniques effectively.,Familiarity with the local boxing scene and the ability to build relationships with other coaches, fighters, and industry professionals.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to the club's values and mission.
