📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs.,Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates for job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidates' fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain and update job postings on company websites and job boards.,Provide feedback to candidates on their application status and interview performance.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other HR-related software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
