Hub Place Corporindo is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our software products. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Pondok Indah, Jakarta Raya.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation for software products.
  • Collaborating with software developers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.
  • Reviewing and editing technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of technical writing tools and processes.
  • Providing technical writing training and support to other team members as needed.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Participating in product development meetings and providing input on technical documentation needs.
  • Ensuring that technical documentation meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a related role.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
