Wing Assistant is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Loan Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships, and driving the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people achieve their financial goals. This is a remote position based in Bali, with the flexibility to work from any of the specified locations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.,Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and tailor our loan services accordingly.,Drive the sales pipeline by qualifying leads and moving them through the sales funnel.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to customer.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities.,Set and achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
