PT Sri Kreasi is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team in Bantul. As a Training Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately. The salary range for this role is Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 15.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training facilitators and instructors.,Monitor and report on training program participation and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other training software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
