📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media, advertising, and marketing campaigns.
Design eye-catching product packaging that highlights the unique features and benefits of our cosmetics.
Develop high-quality website graphics and layouts to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality of our visual content.
Manage and optimize our brand’s visual identity across all platforms and materials.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and incorporate insights into our design strategies.
Provide regular design updates and reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with social media graphics and advertising campaigns.
Strong understanding of color theory and typography.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
