📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications using WMS and SAP systems.
• Ensure all orders are processed and shipped on time, maintaining high accuracy rates.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and warehouse safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with orders to the warehouse supervisor.
• Participate in inventory checks and audits to ensure stock accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Assist in training new warehouse staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or order picking role.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes and products.
• Valid driver's license (optional but preferred).
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
