📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
• Identifying risks and vulnerabilities within the organization and recommending corrective actions.
• Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of audit plans and procedures.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions taken by departments.
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Providing training and guidance to junior staff on audit techniques and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.
