📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including F&B service, housekeeping, and event coordination
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency are maintained
• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and innovative service offerings
• Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute operational strategies and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or F&B industry
• Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and revenue growth
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Certification in hospitality operations or a related field is a plus
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices in Indonesia is highly desirable
